Aqua Alert is a 501(c) Nonprofit

Aqua Alert is an emergency notification system, similar to AMBER alert, that allows law enforcement to ask for the public's help in searches for people missing or in distress on the waterways. Messages sent may include pictures of individual(s) missing, the watercraft involved, and a written description of the situation.
To participate in the Okaloosa County (Destin, FL) please download the Sheriff App, go to the "Settings" icon and under "Notification Setttings" turn on "Aqua Alerts"
